Total Time: 45 minutes
 Servings: 12 cheese balls
Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup mozzarella cheese cubes
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 green chili, finely chopped
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 egg, beaten
Extra breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for frying
 Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, cornflour, coriander, green chili, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until combined.
Take a small portion of the potato mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
Carefully seal and roll into a smooth ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Dip each ball into beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
Place the balls in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to help them firm up before frying.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with ketchup, garlic sauce, or spicy mayo for the perfect cheesy snack!
Optional Air Fryer Method:
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, lightly spraying with oil halfway through for extra crispiness
