Churro Cheesecake Cookies in the Air Fryer
These Air Fryer Churro Cheesecake Cookies are the perfect mix of crispy churro flavor and creamy cheesecake goodness! Ingredients:
For the Cookie Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cheesecake Filling:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Churro Coating:
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Melted butter for brushing
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Freeze small spoonfuls of the filling for 20–30 minutes.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
 In a separate large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
 Scoop cookie dough portions and flatten slightly. Place a frozen cheesecake filling portion in the center and carefully seal the dough around it.
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Place cookies in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until lightly golden and set. Let cool for a few minutes.
 Brush warm cookies lightly with melted butter.
 Mix cinnamon and sugar together, then roll the cookies in the churro coating until fully covered.
Serve warm for the ultimate gooey cheesecake center and churro flavor experience!
