One big egg, lightly beaten.

Four tablespoons of finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley, coriander).

One tablespoon of finely minced fresh cilantro.

Salt (add to the Taste).

Black pepper (add to the Taste).

Cooking spray.

Instructions:

Set the air fryer to 200C/400F.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (excluding the frying spray).

Form 1-1/4-inch meatballs.

In the air fryer basket, arrange half of the meatballs in a single layer.

Cook for 7 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

Repeat with the remaining meatballs after removing and keeping warm.

Serve hot with toothpicks and a sauce for dipping.

Notes Tips for Turkey Meatballs:

To ensure that they cook at the same time, try to make sure the meatballs are all about the same size.

You can also substitute other vegetables, like grated carrots, mushrooms, etc.

To ensure that the meatballs stay together while cooking, make them rather tiny.

To suit your taste, you can add more spice.
