  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (chopped – red/yellow)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (cubed or mini balls)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

For the Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 1 fresh clove minced)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  • Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.

  • Chop tomatoes, cucumber, onions, peppers, and olives.
