Homemade Air Fryer Nutella Recipe
This Air Fryer Nutella is sure to please anyone who shares our family’s fondness for hazelnut spread! All it takes is half an hour and a few basic ingredients to make that familiar, rich, creamy spread.
This spreads well over toast, bagels, desserts, and so much more. It’s a family favourite and obsession. This recipe is incredibly simple and a “must make.”
20 minutes to prepare
Cooking Time: Ten Minutes
Duration: thirty minutes
Diet: No gluten
20 servings
Ingredients:
12 oz raw hazelnuts
5 tbsp melted coconut oil
One tsp salt
Two tsp vanilla
One cup powdered Sugar
2/3 cup semi-sweet or milk-melted chocolate chips
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
After adding the hazelnuts to the air fryer basket, cook them for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Take out and set aside to cool on a cloth. Once they reach room temperature, gently remove the skins by rolling them in the towel or rubbing them between your fingers.
In a food processor, combine the almonds and coconut oil until a paste forms.
Add the melted chocolate chip, vanilla, and powdered sugar cocoa after the nuts have been coarsely chopped into a paste. Blend until a buttery consistency is achieved.
Professional Advice:
You’ll need a strong blender or food processor to make this really smooth. If not, you’ll notice that the spread has a somewhat chunky texture.
Before adding the chocolate to the mixer, let it melt. This will make blending easier and guarantee that the chocolate and hazelnuts combine thoroughly.
In order to balance the flavours and bring out the inherent flavours of the chocolate and almonds, salt is necessary.
Store: You may keep homemade Nutella at room temperature. Simply transfer it to an airtight jar, give it a swirl, and use it just like any other hazelnut spread. Given how delicious it is, the fact that it will only last two weeks shouldn’t be an issue.
