Ingredients:
2 cups thick Greek yogurt (or hung curd)
6–8 Oreo biscuits, crushed
2–3 tbsp cocoa powder
3–4 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
2–3 tbsp milk (for a smoother texture)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Prepare the yogurt base
In a bowl or blender, add:
Greek yogurt
Cocoa powder
Honey or sugar
Vanilla extract
Blend or mix well until smooth and creamy.
2. Adjust the texture
If the mixture is too thick:
Add 2–3 tbsp milk and mix again until smooth.
3. Add the Oreo pieces
Crush the Oreo biscuits into small chunks.
Fold them into the mixture gently. Avoid blending to keep the crunchy texture.
4. Freeze
Transfer the mixture into an airtight container.
Sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top if desired.
