Ingredients

2 cups pasta (penne or macaroni)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 cup cooked chicken or sausage (optional)

1 cup tomato pasta sauce

1/2 cup milk or cream

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)

Instructions

Cook Pasta

Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente (slightly firm). Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic + onion until soft and fragrant.

Add chicken/sausage if using. Stir well.

Mix Everything

Add tomato sauce, milk/cream, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Now mix in the cooked pasta and stir until well coated.

Add Cheese

Transfer pasta into a small air fryer-safe baking dish.

Top generously with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.

Preheat air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
