Air Fryer “Cheesy Garlic Potato, Zucchini & Mushroom Gratin”
This Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Potato, Zucchini & Mushroom Gratin is the ideal comfort food with a lighter, faster twist if you’re in the need for something warm, creamy, and irresistibly cheesy. This gratin, which is often baked in the oven, is made in your air fryer with layers of deliciously delicate potatoes, juicy zucchini, and savory mushrooms that are all flavored with rich garlic.
 Ingredients
2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
½ cup grated parmesan
¾ cup heavy cream (or milk)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried thyme (or Italian herbs)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional crispy toppingÂ
¼ cup breadcrumbs (panko)
1 tbsp melted butter
 Instructions
Slice potatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms thinly and evenly.
In a bowl, combine cream, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Grease an air fryer-safe dish.
Layer potatoes → zucchini → mushrooms → cheese → repeat.
Pour cream mixture evenly over layers.
Finish with remaining cheese and optional breadcrumb topping mixed with butter.
Preheat air fryerSet to 360°F (180°C).
air fry for 20–25 minutes until veggies are tender and top is golden and bubbly.
(Cover loosely with foil if browning too fast.)
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
