Delicious Air Fryer Mozzarella Chips
These cheese sticks are created in an air fryer, fried in panko breadcrumbs and cornflakes, and served with a creamy homemade avocado dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
Two tablespoons of all purpose flour
three teaspoons of garlic powder
two eggs
two thirds cup panko breadcrumbs
One-fourth cup of cornflakes
Block mozzarella, 550g
Spray with olive oil
Smooth dipping sauce for avocados:
One avocado, coarsely chopped
one-third cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of basic Greek yogurt
Two tablespoons of basil pesto
One green onion, coarsely chopped
Directions:
In a small food processor, combine the avocado, juice, yoghurt, pesto, and onion to make the Creamy Avocado Dipping Sauce.
Use plenty of salt and pepper to season. Blend and mix until smooth. Move to a bowl. Shut up. Store in the refrigerator until needed.
Put baking paper on a big tray.
In a shallow basin, combine the flour and garlicÂ
powder. Add some salt for seasoning. Whisk eggs in a separate shallow bowl. Combine breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Cut mozzarella into sticks after slicing it into 2 cm thick pieces. To coat, dunk cheese in flour. Get rid of extra.
Coat sticks in egg mixture and then breadcrumbs, working in batches. Transfer to the ready tray. Freeze until solid, about 1 hour.  Lightly mist mozzarella sticks with oil.
To allow air to circulate, line the air fryer basket with baking paper, leaving a 1-inch border.
Cook the sticks in batches at 180°C for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until they are crispy and brown. Accompany right away with dipping sauce.
Note:
Because every air fryer cooks food differently, be cautious to monitor the mozzarella sticks while they cook to prevent them from melting too rapidly.
