Air Fryer Potato Wedges

 Ingredients
3–4 medium potatoes (Russet or any starchy variety)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs (optional)
 Instructions
Prepare Potatoes
Wash and scrub potatoes well. Cut each potato into wedges (about 6–8 pieces per potato).

Drain and pat completely dry.
Season
