🧂 Ingredients
🍗 Meatballs:
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan 🧀
1 egg 🥚
2 tbsp parsley (chopped) 🌿
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
🍄 Creamy Mushroom Sauce:
2 tbsp butter 🧈
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups mushrooms (sliced) 🍄
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Make meatballs:
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape:
Form into small meatballs (about 1–1.5 inches).
Cook meatballs:
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook meatballs for 6–8 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Cook mushrooms:
In the same pan, melt butter. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden (5 minutes).
Add garlic & sauce:
Stir in garlic, then add cream, broth, Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Combine:
Return meatballs to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes until coated and heated through.
Serve:
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
