🍕 Carnivore Sheet-Pan Pizza (Bakery-Style)

🧾 Ingredients

🥩 Meat Crust (Thick & Soft)

  • 2 lbs (900g) ground chicken or turkey
    (for lighter crust — OR use 80/20 beef for richer flavor)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tsp salt (optional)


🧀 Carnivore “Sauce” Layer

(Optional but recommended — gives pizza look & moisture)

Choose ONE:

  • ½–¾ cup strained plain yogurt

  • OR ½ cup heavy cream + egg yolk

  • OR melted cheddar + cream cheese blend

(Strict carnivore skips tomato)


🍖 Toppings

  • 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 12–16 oz cooked ground beef or sausage

  • Optional:

    • Pepperoni

    • Bacon bits

    • Extra cheese layer 😈


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat to 400°F (205°C)

  • Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper


2️⃣ Make the Crust

In a large bowl combine:

  • Ground meat

  • Eggs

  • Mozzarella

  • Parmesan

  • Salt

Mix well using hands until fully combined


3️⃣ Press Into Pan

  • Spread mixture evenly into sheet pan

  • Press firmly into corners

  • Thickness: about ½ inch


4️⃣ First Bake (Crust)

  • Bake 18–20 minutes

  • Crust should be:

    • Fully cooked

    • Lightly golden

    • Firm enough to hold toppings

👉 Drain excess fat if needed


5️⃣ Add Sauce & Toppings

  • Spread carnivore “sauce”

  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly

  • Add cooked meat generously

  • Add extra cheese if desired


6️⃣ Final Bake

  • Return to oven 10–15 minutes

  • Until cheese is:

    • Fully melted

    • Bubbling

    • Light golden on top
