Creamy Cottage Cheese Pancakes (High-Protein)
Fluffy, filling & perfect for breakfast
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup oats (blended into flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly grease it.
Pour small circles of batter.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Serve with berries or yogurt.
