  • 5–6 drops lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup water

  2. Add fenugreek seeds and ginger, simmer 5 minutes

  3. Turn off heat

  4. Add green tea, turmeric & cinnamon

  5. Cover for 3 minutes

  6. Strain

  7. Add lemon juice

  8. Drink warm
