🍫 Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse
High-Protein • Low-Carb • No Flour
This mousse is rich, creamy, and chocolatey, made with cottage cheese but tastes like a real dessert. Great for carnivore / keto / high-protein diets.
Ingredients

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2–3 tbsp powdered allulose or monk fruit (to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt
Optional (extra rich):

1–2 tbsp heavy cream or melted butter
Instructions

Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy (very important).

Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and optional cream/butter.

Blend again until silky and thick.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Chill in the fridge 30–60 minutes for best texture.
