🥩 CARNIVORE MEAL PLAN (7 DAYS)

✔️ Foods used

  • Meat

  • Eggs

  • Cheese & dairy (if tolerated)

  • Animal fats (butter, ghee)

  • NO flour, sugar, grains, or plants


🍳 BREAKFAST (Choose 1 each day)

  • 2–3 eggs cooked in butter

  • Sausage patties or bacon

  • Cottage cheese or hard cheese (optional)

OR

  • Carnivore breakfast sandwich

    • Cottage cheese bread

    • Egg

    • Sausage

    • Cheese

OR

  • Scrambled eggs + ground beef


🍔 LUNCH (Choose 1)

  • Bunless cheeseburgers (2 patties)

  • Steak leftovers with butter

  • Ground beef bowl with melted cheese

  • Eggs + sausage bowl

  • Carnivore biscuits & gravy (no flour)


🍖 DINNER (Choose 1)

  • Steak with butter

  • Chicken thighs with skin

  • Pork chops

  • Ground beef patties

  • Salmon or other fish (optional)

Add cheese or butter if needed for fullness.


🧀 SNACKS (Only if hungry)

  • Hard-boiled eggs

  • Cheese sticks or slices

  • Cottage cheese

  • Leftover meat

👉 If you’re not hungry, skip snacks.


🥤 DRINKS

  • Water 💧

  • Sparkling water

  • Milk (if tolerated)

  • Bone broth

❌ No soda, juice, energy drinks


🧂 SEASONINGS (OK)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Butter

  • Animal fats

Keep it simple.


🧠 IMPORTANT NOTES (PLEASE READ)

  • Eat until comfortably full

  • Don’t force fasting

  • Weight loss will slow — that’s normal

  • If you feel dizzy, weak, or exhausted → eat more

  • Growing bodies need enough food
