Air Fryer Tuna & Egg Breakfast Cups
Healthy, cheesy, and packed with protein, These Air Fryer Tuna & Egg Cups are incredibly easy to make and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 can tuna (drained)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
Fresh parsley (chopped)
½ cup cheese (shredded)
1 small capsicum/bell pepper (chopped)
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Mini mozzarella balls
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix tuna, onion, parsley, capsicum, and shredded cheese.
3. Crack the eggs into the mixture and stir gently.
4. Pour the mixture into small ramekins or silicone muffin cups.
5. Top with cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella.
6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
7. Serve warm and enjoy your healthy protein-packed breakfast!
Tips:
Add black pepper, chilli flakes, or oregano for extra flavour.
