2 large ripe mangoes (about 300g mango puree / 1¼ cups smooth puree)
200 ml heavy whipping cream (or double cream), chilled
2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose) — adjust to taste

1. Prepare the mango puree
Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the seeds. Blend the mango pieces until completely smooth and creamy.
