2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sugar (optional, balances acidity)
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1 tsp dried basil or oregano
½ cup water or stock
Step-by-Step Method
Prepare the Meatball Mixture (10 minutes)
In a large bowl, mix minced meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, and spices.
Mix gently—don’t overwork or meatballs will become tough.
Shape the Meatballs (5–7 minutes)
