This Peanut Butter Jelly Ice Cream brings childhood comfort into a creamy, indulgent dessert. Rich peanut butter ice cream is swirled with ribbons of sweet fruity jelly, creating the perfect balance of salty and sweet in every scoop. It’s smooth, luscious, and packed with nostalgic flavor.

 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

Base:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Flavor:

½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup fruit jelly or jam (strawberry, grape, or raspberry work great)

 Instructions

Make the ice cream base:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add flavor:
Stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter. Mix well until the peanut butter is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Chill the mixture:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) for best results.
Churn the ice cream:
Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually 20–25 minutes).
Add jelly swirl:
Once churned to a soft-serve consistency, transfer half the ice cream to a container.
Spoon small dollops of jelly over it. Add the remaining ice cream and repeat with more jelly.
Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl—don’t overmix.
Freeze until firm:
Cover and freeze for 4–6 hours or until scoopable.
Serve:
Scoop and enjoy that classic peanut butter & jelly flavor in frozen form!
