Ingredients
Chicken Marinade

2 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips or chunks

Tzatziki Sauce

Greek Salad

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 large cucumber, diced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted

¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Salad Dressing

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

½ tsp dried oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken and toss until fully coated.

Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2–12 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce

Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt.

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
3. Make the Greek Salad

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta.

4. Cook the Chicken
