For the steak & asparagus:

  • 500–600 g steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

For the garlic butter:

  • 3 tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season the Steak
    In a bowl, toss steak pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
  3. Prepare the Asparagus
    Place asparagus in a baking dish. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  4. Make Garlic Butter
    Melt butter in a small pan, then add garlic and sauté for 30–40 seconds until fragrant.
    Stir in Italian seasoning, parsley, and lemon juice.
  5. Assemble
    Arrange seasoned steak bites over the asparagus.
    Drizzle the garlic butter evenly on top.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes (depending on steak doneness preference).
