For the steak & asparagus:
- 500–600 g steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
For the garlic butter:
- 3 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). - Season the Steak
In a bowl, toss steak pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. - Prepare the Asparagus
Place asparagus in a baking dish. Lightly season with salt and pepper. - Make Garlic Butter
Melt butter in a small pan, then add garlic and sauté for 30–40 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in Italian seasoning, parsley, and lemon juice. - Assemble
Arrange seasoned steak bites over the asparagus.
Drizzle the garlic butter evenly on top. - Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes (depending on steak doneness preference).
