🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 is best)

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional but recommended)

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional – skip for strict carnivore)

  • 1 tbsp beef tallow or butter (for cooking)


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Mix

  • In a bowl, add ground beef

  • Add egg, Parmesan, salt, and optional seasonings

  • Mix gently (don’t overwork)


2️⃣ Shape

  • Roll into golf-ball-sized meatballs

  • Place on plate and rest 5 minutes


3️⃣ Cook (Choose Method)

  • Heat tallow/butter in skillet over medium heat

  • Add meatballs
