Greek Shrimp Wraps with Garlic Yogurt Sauce 🍤🥙

Ingredients
For the Shrimp
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Wraps
4 large pita breads or flatbreads
1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish
Instructions
Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Cook the Shrimp
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink, opaque, and lightly charred. Remove from heat.
Make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Chill until ready to use.
Warm the Wraps
Lightly warm pita or flatbreads in a dry pan or oven so they’re soft and pliable.
Assemble the Wraps
Spread garlic yogurt sauce on each wrap.
Add shrimp, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta.
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or dill. Roll up and serve immediately.
