Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Form a crust: Press 2 lbs ground beef into a large round pizza shape on a lined tray or cast-iron pan.

Sauce layer: Spread ketchup/tomato paste or the cheese yolk sauce over the cooked meat crust.
