Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp collagen powder or pork rinds powder (optional but makes it fluffy)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional (still carnivore-friendly):

    • A few drops vanilla extract

    • Extra butter for topping


Instructions

  1. Add egg, cream cheese, butter, and heavy cream to a microwave-safe mug.

  2. Whisk very well until smooth and fully combined.

  3. Stir in collagen/pork rind powder and a pinch of salt.

  4. Microwave on HIGH for 60–90 seconds

    • Start with 60 seconds

    • Add 10–15 seconds if needed

    • Cake should rise and set but stay soft

  5. Let rest 30 seconds, then enjoy!
