Fluffy Carnivore Mug Cake

1 tbsp collagen powder or pork rinds powder (optional but makes it fluffy)

Instructions

Add egg, cream cheese, butter, and heavy cream to a microwave-safe mug.

Whisk very well until smooth and fully combined.

Stir in collagen/pork rind powder and a pinch of salt.

Microwave on HIGH for 60–90 seconds

Start with 60 seconds

Add 10–15 seconds if needed

Cake should rise and set but stay soft
