 Ingredients (3 Only)

  • 8 slices of bread

  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese or mozzarella (grated)

  • 2–3 tablespoons butter

 Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice

  2. Place grated cheese between two slices (buttered side facing out)

  3. Close the sandwich

  4. Cook on a pan, grill, or air fryer over medium heat

  5. Toast until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted
