🐔 Creamy Carnivore Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs (900 g–1.3 kg) chicken breasts

  • 16 oz (450 g) full-fat cream cheese (2 blocks)

  • 1 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

  • 2 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)

  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional, for ultra-creamy texture)

Instructions

  1. Add Chicken
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot in a single layer.

  2. Season
Sprinkle salt evenly over the chicken.

  3. Top with Cream Cheese
Place the blocks of cream cheese directly on top of the chicken.

  4. Slow Cook

    • Low: 5–6 hours

    • High: 3–4 hours
Cook until chicken is tender and easily shreds.

  5. Shred & Stir
Use two forks to shred the chicken inside the crockpot. Stir everything together until creamy and smooth.

  6. Make It Extra Rich (Optional)
Add butter and heavy cream. Stir well and let it cook another 10–15 minutes.

  7. Serve Hot
Spoon into bowls or serve over carnivore-friendly sides like eggs or crispy chicken skin.

Pro Tips

  • Use thighs instead of breasts for even juicier, higher-fat results

  • Let it rest 5 minutes before serving to thicken naturally
