For the Beef Layer

1️⃣ Cook the Ground Beef
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in paprika, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and diced tomatoes.
- Cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cheese Sauce
