2 lb ground beef (80/20 is best)

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded cheese
(cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or a mix) -
½ cup grated Parmesan (optional but 🔥)

1½ tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp black pepper (optional)

1 tbsp butter or beef tallow (for greasing)
👉 Strict carnivore: salt only
👉 Still carnivore-friendly: pepper allowed
🔥 INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Grease a pie dish or baking dish with butter/tallow. -
Brown the beef

Cook ground beef in a skillet until just done

Season with salt

Drain excess fat only if excessive (leave some for flavor)

Make the custard

In a bowl, whisk eggs + heavy cream

Stir in 1½ cups shredded cheese and Parmesan

Assemble

Spread cooked beef evenly in the dish
