Cheesy Carnivore Egg Loaf
Ingredients:

8 large eggs

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 stick butter (½ cup), melted

Handful of shredded cheddar cheese

Handful of shredded parmesan cheese

1 pinch cinnamon (optional, very light)
Instructions:

Preheat oven

Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

Blend the base

In a large bowl, add eggs, softened cream cheese, and melted butter.

Blend with a hand mixer or blender until completely smooth and fluffy (no lumps).

Add cheese & cinnamon

Gently fold in shredded cheddar, parmesan, and the pinch of cinnamon.

Bake

Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, until puffed, golden on top, and set in the center.

Cool & set
-
Remove from oven and let rest 10–15 minutes.

The loaf will deflate slightly—this is normal.

Slice & serve

Slice into thick pieces and enjoy warm or cold.

Tips for Best Results:

For a sweeter version, add a few drops of carnivore-friendly sweetener instead of cinnamon.

For extra crisp edges, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.

Stores well in the fridge up to 5 days. Reheat in pan or air fryer.
