Cheesy Carnivore Egg Loaf recipe

Cheesy Carnivore Egg Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 stick butter (½ cup), melted

  • Handful of shredded cheddar cheese

  • Handful of shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 pinch cinnamon (optional, very light)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven

    • Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

    • Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

  2. Blend the base

    • In a large bowl, add eggs, softened cream cheese, and melted butter.

    • Blend with a hand mixer or blender until completely smooth and fluffy (no lumps).

  3. Add cheese & cinnamon

    • Gently fold in shredded cheddar, parmesan, and the pinch of cinnamon.

  4. Bake

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

    • Bake for 40–45 minutes, until puffed, golden on top, and set in the center.

  5. Cool & set

    • Remove from oven and let rest 10–15 minutes.

    • The loaf will deflate slightly—this is normal.

  6. Slice & serve

    • Slice into thick pieces and enjoy warm or cold.

Tips for Best Results:

  • For a sweeter version, add a few drops of carnivore-friendly sweetener instead of cinnamon.

  • For extra crisp edges, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.

  • Stores well in the fridge up to 5 days. Reheat in pan or air fryer.
