  • 1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
  • 1 small garlic clove (optional)

For Topping:

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (or chili powder, to taste)
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Extra olive oil (for drizzling)
