🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk powder

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Butter, for greasing waffle maker

Optional (Non-Strict Carnivore)

  • 1–2 tsp raw honey (for sweetness)


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Waffle Maker

  • Heat waffle iron until fully hot

  • Generously grease with butter


2️⃣ Make Batter

  • In a bowl whisk together:

    • Eggs

    • Milk powder

    • Baking powder

  • Mix until smooth and thick

  • Fold in honey if using

👉 Batter should be thicker than pancake batter but pourable.


3️⃣ Cook
