🧂 Ingredients (1 large pizza-burger)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 works best)

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional – omit for strict carnivore)

  • ¾–1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional toppings (all carnivore):

    • Pepperoni slices

    • Cooked bacon bits

    • Italian sausage

    • Extra cheese


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Meat Base

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt (and optional seasonings).

  • Place beef onto a plate or parchment.

  • Press into a large thin round patty, about 8–9 inches wide (pizza size).

2️⃣ Cook the Meat

Stovetop Method (Best for crispiness):

  • Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Place the patty in the dry skillet.

  • Cook 5–6 minutes until deeply browned.

  • Flip carefully and cook another 4–5 minutes.

  • Spoon off excess fat if needed.

3️⃣ Add Cheese & Toppings

  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.

  • Add Parmesan and any meat toppings.

  • Cover skillet with a lid OR transfer to oven.

4️⃣ Melt the Cheese

  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 2–3 minutes

  • Place under broiler for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.

5️⃣ Rest & Serve

  • Let rest 2 minutes.
