🥞 Carnivore Pancakes (Flourless & Sugar-Free)
Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

Instructions

Blend the Batter
Add eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream, melted butter, salt, and optional vanilla/gelatin to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth (no lumps). -
Rest Batter
Let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly. -
Heat Pan
Heat a non-stick pan or cast-iron skillet over low to medium heat.
Grease lightly with butter or tallow. -
Cook Pancakes
Pour small pancakes (about ¼ cup batter).
Cook 2–3 minutes until edges set and bubbles appear. -
Flip Carefully
Flip gently and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden. -
Serve Hot
Stack and serve immediately.
