🧀 Carnivore Mozzarella Sticks recipe
Ingredients (makes 6–8 sticks)

8 oz mozzarella cheese (string cheese or block)

2 large eggs

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or mix Parmesan + pork rind powder for extra crisp)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Pinch of salt

2–3 tbsp butter or ghee (for frying)
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Cheese

Cut mozzarella into stick shapes (about ½–¾ inch thick, 3–4 inches long).

Freeze the sticks for 15–20 minutes — this prevents the cheese from melting too quickly while cooking.
2️⃣ Prepare the Coating

In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.

In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
3️⃣ Coat the Mozzarella

Dip each frozen cheese stick into the egg, then roll in the Parmesan mixture until fully coated.

For extra crunch, repeat the egg + Parmesan coating 2 times.
4️⃣ Cook the Sticks
Option 1: Pan-Fry (recommended for crispiness)

Heat butter or ghee in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry sticks 2–3 minutes per side, turning carefully until golden and crispy.
Option 2: Air Fry

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Place sticks in the basket, cook 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway.
5️⃣ Serve

Serve immediately while hot and melty.
