Step 1: Make the Egg Bread

In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, and salt until fully combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt butter.

Pour half the egg mixture into the pan and spread into a square or circle.

Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich
