✅ Servings

1 large sandwich (very filling)

🧾 Ingredients

Egg “Bread”

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional but recommended for fluffiness)

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp butter or beef tallow (for frying)

Filling

  • 3–4 slices ham (no sugar, no fillers)

  • 2–3 slices turkey or chicken breast (optional but classic)

  • 2 slices Swiss cheese (or provolone / mozzarella)

Optional Carnivore “Powdered Sugar” Topping

  • 1 tbsp powdered freeze-dried butter OR

  • 1 tbsp powdered heavy cream (very finely blended)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Make the Egg Bread

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, and salt until fully combined.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt butter.

  3. Pour half the egg mixture into the pan and spread into a square or circle.

  4. Cook gently until set and lightly golden (about 2–3 minutes per side).

  5. Repeat to make two egg “bread” slices.

Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich

  1. Place one egg slice on a plate.

  2. Layer ham, turkey (if using), and cheese evenly.

  3. Top with the second egg slice.

Step 3: Pan-Fry to Golden Perfection

  1. Heat a little more butter in the skillet.

  2. Carefully place the sandwich in the pan.

  3. Cook on medium-low heat, pressing gently, until:

    • Outside is golden and crispy

    • Cheese inside is fully melted
      (About 2–3 minutes per side)

Step 4: Finish & Serve

  • Remove from pan and let rest 1 minute.

  • Lightly dust with carnivore powdered topping if desired.

  • Slice in half and enjoy warm 🤍

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Keep heat low so eggs don’t burn.

  • For extra richness, add a thin layer of cream cheese inside.

  • Want it crispier? Dip the assembled sandwich in a little beaten egg before final frying.
