  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1–2 tbsp butter or beef tallow

🧀 “Noodle” Layers (Cheese Sheets):

🧀 Filling:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (optional for strict carnivore—can skip)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 egg

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare Meat Layer

Heat butter or tallow in a pan.
Add ground beef and lamb, season with salt only.
Cook until browned and fully done. Set aside.

2. Make Carnivore “Lasagna Sheets”

In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, and eggs.
Spread thinly on parchment-lined tray.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until set.
Cool slightly, then cut into sheet-like pieces.

3. Prepare Cheese Filling

Mix ricotta (if using), mozzarella, parmesan, and egg until creamy.

4. Assemble Lasagna

In a baking dish:

  1. Add a layer of meat
  2. Add cheese sheet
  3. Spread cheese filling
  4. Repeat layers (2–3 times)

Top with extra mozzarella and parmesan.

5. Bake

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

6. Rest & Serve

Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing (this helps it hold shape).
