Carnivore Italian Pizza Burgers
Ingredients (Serves 4)
Burger Base

1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 is best)

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp black pepper (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Toppings

½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce or carnivore-friendly tomato-free sauce (optional)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
-
12–16 slices pepperoni

Extra mozzarella for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Shape into 4 thick burger patties.

Place patties on a baking sheet or oven-safe skillet.

Bake for 15–18 minutes until mostly cooked.

Remove from oven and top each burger with:

Pizza sauce (optional)

Mozzarella
-
Parmesan
-
Pepperoni slices

Return to oven and bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for golden cheese.

Rest 5 minutes and serve hot.
Air Fryer Option

Cook patties at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flip once.

Add toppings and cook 3–5 minutes more until cheese melts.
Tips

Use fresh mozzarella for extra stretch.

Want extra fat? Add butter under the patties.

Make it stricter carnivore by skipping sauce.
