Carnivore-Friendly Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito
Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
“Burrito Wrap”

2 large eggs
-
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
-
1 tbsp butter or bacon fat
Filling
-
½ lb (225g) ground beef (80/20)
-
Salt to taste
-
Black pepper (optional)
-
2–3 slices bacon, cooked & chopped

½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
Optional Carnivore Add-Ins

Fried egg
-
Extra butter
-
Beef tallow drizzle
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Carnivore Wrap

Heat a non-stick pan on low-medium.

Add butter or bacon fat.

Whisk eggs and pour into pan like a thin omelet.

Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.

Cook slowly until set and flexible (don’t flip).

Slide onto a plate and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Filling

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
-
Season with salt (and pepper if using).
-
Stir in cooked bacon pieces.
-
Add shredded cheese and let it melt into the beef.

Remove from heat.
3️⃣ Assemble Burrito

Spoon beef mixture onto center of wrap.

Add extra cheese or fried egg if desired.

Fold sides in, roll tightly like a burrito.
