Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) or preheat air fryer to 350°F.

Blend egg and cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.

Grease a small ramekin or oven-safe bowl with butter or tallow.

Pour the mixture into the dish.
