Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffeecold brewed or chilled espresso

  • 1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup whole milk (if you allow dairy)
    (strict carnivore option: replace with 4 egg yolks + ½ cup water)

  • 2–4 egg yolks (adds natural thickness & emulsifies — safe if eggs are fresh)

  • 1–2 tbsp butter OR tallow OR ghee (adds richness & creaminess)

  • 1–2 tbsp collagen or whey isolate (optional but boosts protein — skip for strict)

  • ½–1 cup crushed ice (optional — makes it milkshake-like)

Optional Flavor Boosters

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (not strict carnivore)

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp instant coffee for stronger taste

  • 1 tbsp mascarpone or cream cheese for extra creamy texture


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and let it cool so it doesn’t cook the eggs.

  2. In a blender, add:

    • coffee

    • heavy cream (or egg yolks + water)

    • butter/tallow/ghee

    • optional protein

  3. Blend 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.

  4. Add crushed ice and blend again for a thick milkshake texture.

  5. Taste and add more fat or yolk if you want it creamier.
