🥣 Carnivore Chicken Salad (Creamy & High-Protein)
Ingredients
-
4 cups cooked chicken, finely shredded
(rotisserie or boiled — dark & white meat mixed gives best texture) -
1 cup homemade carnivore mayo (recipe below)
(or use store-bought if ingredients are clean) -
3 boiled eggs, finely chopped (adds richness + creaminess)
-
2–4 tbsp chicken drippings / broth gel (optional but increases flavor & moisture)
-
½ tsp salt, or to taste
-
½ tsp black pepper (optional — strict carnivore skip)
-
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional — not strict carnivore)
-
Optional add-ins for strict carnivores: chopped crispy chicken skin, crumbled pork rinds, shredded cheese
