🍗 Carnivore Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
Chicken Base

2 lb cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup sour cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

6 oz bacon, cooked and chopped (optional)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

½ tsp onion powder (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Topping

2–3 tbsp butter, melted

¾ cup pork panko
-
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

6 oz bacon, cooked and chopped (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, heavy cream, sour cream, and cream cheese until creamy.

Add seasonings and optional bacon, mixing well.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, pork panko, Parmesan, and optional bacon.

Sprinkle the topping evenly over the chicken mixture.

Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
