Carnivore Cheesy Meat Stacks recipe
Description
These carnivore stacks replace potato slices with thin layers of seasoned ground beef and melted cheese. They bake into crispy, cheesy towers that are perfect for a high-protein carnivore meal.
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

2 large eggs
-
2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

½ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper (optional for strict carnivore)

2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with butter. -
Prepare the meat mixture
In a bowl, mix:-
ground beef
-
eggs
-
heavy cream
-
salt
-
half of the mozzarella
-
-
Create the layers
Press a thin layer of the meat mixture into each muffin cup.
Add a little cheese.
Repeat layers until the cup is full. -
Top with cheese
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top. -
Bake
Bake for 18ā22 minutes until cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly. -
Rest & serve
Let them rest 5 minutes, then remove from the tin carefully.
