Carnivore Cheeseburger Casserole

🥩 Carnivore Cheeseburger Casserole

A rich, cheesy, high-protein meal perfect for weight loss & full carnivore meals.

Servings: 6–8

Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)

  • 8 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella for milder flavor)

  • 6–8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional carnivore-ish)

  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional carnivore-ish)

  • Optional toppings: extra cheese, crumbled bacon, burger patties for decoration

Strict Carnivore Version: skip garlic & onion powder.

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the beef

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, season with salt & pepper.

  3. Drain extra fat only if extremely greasy — keeping some fat adds flavor!

2️⃣ Build the casserole

  1. Spread cooked beef evenly in a 9×13 casserole dish.

  2. Sprinkle half the cheese over the beef.

3️⃣ Mix & pour

  1. Whisk together eggs + heavy cream + remaining cheese + bacon + seasonings.

  2. Pour mixture evenly over the ground beef in the dish.

4️⃣ Bake

  1. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top lightly golden.

  2. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing — this helps it firm up.
