Ingredients

2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella

½ cup shredded cheddar (or more mozzarella)

2 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp pork rinds, crushed into fine crumbs (binder – optional but recommended)

Strict carnivore option: Use only mozzarella + egg + cream cheese.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Mix dough

In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.

Roll into 1–1½ inch balls.
