🥩 Carnivore Chaffle Burger

Ingredients (1 big burger or 2 small)

For the Chaffles (buns):

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional but makes them softer)

  • Pinch of salt

For the Burger Patty:

  • 8–10 oz ground beef (80/20 for juicy)

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: black pepper, garlic powder (skip for strict carnivore)

Optional Carnivore Toppings:

  • 1–2 fried eggs

  • 2–3 slices crispy bacon

  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

  • Butter to fry


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Chaffles

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, add shredded cheese and mix well.

  3. Pour half the mixture into the waffle maker and cook 3–4 minutes until golden.

  4. Repeat to make the second bun.

  5. Cool 2 minutes to firm up.


2️⃣ Cook the Burger Patty

  1. Shape ground beef into a round patty slightly wider than your chaffles.

  2. Season with salt (and optional pepper).

  3. Heat a skillet on medium-high and cook 3–4 minutes per side until juicy.

  4. Add cheese slice on top and let melt (optional).


3️⃣ Build Your Carnivore Burger

Layer in this order:

  1. Chaffle bottom

  2. Burger patty with melted cheese

  3. Bacon + fried egg (optional but amazing!)

  4. Chaffle top

Brush with melted butter for extra flavor 😍
