⭐ CARNIVORE BUTTER LOAF (Sweet “Cake” Style – flourless)
Ingredients
Loaf:

8 large eggs

250g (1 cup) softened butter

175g cream cheese (soft)

6 tbsp powdered sweetener* (allulose, erythritol OR leave out if strict carnivore)

1 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)

1 tsp baking powder (optional – improves rise, remove if strict carnivore)

Pinch of salt
If you want strict carnivore, skip sweetener & vanilla — still tastes buttery and rich.
If you want sweet carnivore, keep them.
Golden Butter Glaze (for the shiny top like the picture)

3 tbsp butter

2–3 tbsp allulose or honey (honey optional if not strict)

1 tsp vanilla (optional)
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
Grease a loaf pan well with butter.
2️⃣ Beat the butter & cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Add eggs one at a time, beating after each until fluffy.
4️⃣ Mix in sweetener, vanilla, salt & baking powder (if using).
Batter should look thick but pourable.
5️⃣ Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top.
6️⃣ Bake for 45–60 minutes,
until top is golden and center is set.
(Toothpick comes out mostly clean)
7️⃣ While loaf bakes, make the Golden Butter Glaze:
Melt butter in a small pan, add sweetener and vanilla, cook on low 2–3 minutes until the sweetener dissolves and thickens slightly.
8️⃣ Brush glaze over hot loaf immediately after baking —
it soaks in and gives that shiny caramel-looking top like your picture.
9️⃣ Cool completely before slicing — it firms up as it cools.
