🥩 Carnivore Bread (Fluffy, High-Protein)
Makes 1 loaf (about 22 slices)
Ingredients

12 large eggs

1½ cups full-fat cottage cheese

2 cups pork panko
-
½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
(swap butter for tallow if desired)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Add eggs, cottage cheese, pork panko, and melted butter to a food processor or blender.

Blend until fully combined and smooth.

Pour batter into a non-stick 9×5 loaf pan or a parchment-lined pan.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow bread to cool completely before slicing.

Slice into 22 slices (about ½-inch thick).
To Toast (Highly Recommended)

Air fry slices at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway

Toast in a skillet with butter or tallow until golden

8 tbsp beef tallow
(or butter for minimal dairy)
Instructions
